MANGO BREAD





MANGO BREAD
Ingredients:

     2 cups      Flour
     2 tsp         Baking Soda
     ¼ tsp        Salt
     ¾ cup       Sugar
     1 tsp         Cinnamon
     ½ cup       Raisins
     ¼ cup       Walnuts
     ¾ cup       Vegetable Oil
          Eggs
2 cups     Chopped ripe mangoes
1 tsp          Vanilla     

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well and add remaining ingredients.  Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hours. Makes 2 small loaves or 1 large loaf.
