LOMI SALMON
Ingredients:

          ½ lb Salted Salmon
Tomatoes, diced
Green onions, chopped
Medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup          Crushed ice

Directions:

Soak salmon in water for 3 hours.  Remove skin and bones; shred.  Combine salmon, tomatoes, and onions. Lomi or knead until well mixed. Chill thoroughly. Add ice before serving.


Makes 6 servings.
